Our compensation plan is recognized as one of the most generous in the industry, rewarding distributors for hard work, long-term commitment, and leadership. With a network of nearly 10 active distributors in more than 3 countries, we pay our sales force more in commissions than most other established companies. In fact, our plan offers one of the largest earning opportunities in direct selling. In total, approximately 42 percent of product sales come back to the distributor force as commissions. In 2001, we hope to pay over $3 million in commissions to our distributors. These commissions are in addition to the retail markup our distributors earn when they sell the products to their customers. Also, because our compensation plan is seamless, it enables distributors to build sales organizations and get paid in one check in local currency. In addition, our compensation plan allows distributors to look beyond their country's borders and establish business contacts in international markets. Ultimately, through our seamless compensation plan, entrepreneurs are empowered to improve their financial freedom and security.
